I have changed my PPP service and my LD7 solution has become unstable, how do I resolve this?
When switching between PPP services, the LD7 unit must have a power reboot performed. If the LD7 does not receive a reboot, the solution will become unstable.
To complete this, press the power button on the front of the LD7, wait 15 seconds and press the power button again to restart the LD7.
Note: When using an LD7 with PPP service (Apex or Ultra) the user is able to change the selected PPP service being computed. To perform this action The LD7 Web Interface is used. Using the Google Chrome web browser type the IP Address of the LD7 into the address bar. When the LD7 Web interface page shows, type the user code of the unit and click OK. Click on the GNSS tab, change the PPP Mode and click Apply, followed by a power reboot to the LD7:
