Why is “Config” missing from my main menu in Verify-QC?
Someone has locked the configuration to prevent changes from being made. You will need the password in order to unlock it.
Once you have the password, select Tools > Unlock Config, enter the password and click “OK”.
The “Config” item will then be displayed in the main menu.
If the password is lost, the user must either generate a new configuration or load an existing, unlocked configuration.
VERIPOS recommend that users maintain a library of previous configurations.
Most settings are likely to remain unchanged and modifying a few items is easier than beginning with a blank configuration.
